Introduction: Public Datasets
This tutorial introduces Neuromaps, designed for the interactive exploration and analysis of large-scale connectomics datasets. The platform centers on a flexible, widget-based workspace that allows researchers to navigate complex neural networks through synchronized data views. We demonstrate the core functionality of the Cells Table, Neuroglancer, and Connection Table widgets, while highlighting how to customize the UI layout. Finally, the tutorial covers how to generate high-resolution screenshots and use shareable links to collaborate with others by recreating exact workspace states.
Introduction: Community Datasets
This tutorial introduces the community datasets available in Neuromaps, highlighting collaborative features and data sharing capabilities. We introduce splitting and merging cells from a CAVE-backed segmentation layer, reviewing and editing synapse line annotations, and using the orphan table to find and annotate unidentified cell fragments.
